MVHS AMP (Association of Music Parents) supports the Metea Valley Music Department with communication and parent volunteers to enhance departmental musical events. AMP has five meeting per year which are open to all parents. Please look for our monthly newsletters with information about events and volunteer opportunities.

MV AMP Board
Whether you’re a band, chorus, or orchestra parent, the Metea Valley High School fine arts department is supported by volunteers. The AMP Nominating Committee is accepting nominations for Board and Committee Chairperson positions for the 2018-2019 fiscal year (7/1/18 – 6/30/19) nominations for the MV AMP Board will be accepted until June 8 th.

Elections for the MV AMP Board positions will be held on Wednesday, June 26 at 4pm in Room A133.
**Please note that a by-law amendment referencing executive board terms:
For the 2018-2019 School year, if an open executive board position has not receive any nomination, the executive board may vote by a simple majority to extend the term by one (1) additional continuous year only. This by-law amendment will expire on June 30, 2019.
On June 26th at 4:00pm, an AMP General Membership vote will be taken to approve the motion.
